Heb jij technisch inzicht, leidinggevende kwaliteiten en ervaring in een productieomgeving? Als Operator bij Kramer in Zuid-Scharwoude ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de productielijn als de medewerkers aan de lijn. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het productieproces, stuurt collega’s aan en grijpt in bij afwijkingen en kleine technische storingen. Zo zorg jij dat productie, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid iedere dag op niveau zijn.

Operator Bij Kramer zoeken we een Operator die het overzicht bewaart. Je bent niet alleen de baas over de machine, maar ook verantwoordelijk voor de mensen aan de lijn. Zie jij het als een sport om de productie vlekkeloos te laten verlopen en storingen voor te zijn? Dan ben jij de procesbewaker die wij zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

- Aansturen: Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een productielijn en stuurt je collega's aan de lijn aan om samen de doelen te halen.

- Optimaliseren: Je stelt de machines nauwkeurig in en zorgt dat het productieproces altijd volgens de specificaties en planning verloopt.

- Borgen: Kwaliteit, efficiency en hygiëne/voedselveiligheid zijn heilig voor jou; je voert controles uit en registreert de productiegegevens zorgvuldig.

- Oplossen: Je bewaakt de technische staat van de lijn, signaleert afwijkingen en verhelpt kleine storingen direct zelf.

- Afwisselen: Buiten het drukke zuurkoolseizoen is je werk divers en voer je technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden en ander werk uit door het hele bedrijf.

Wie ben jij?

- Technisch: Je hebt technisch inzicht, bent praktisch ingesteld en snapt precies wat een productielijn nodig heeft.

- Flexibel: Je hebt geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit en vindt het juist prettig dat de werkzaamheden per seizoen verschillen.

- Leiderschap: Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, staat stevig in je schoenen en weet je team te motiveren.

- Fulltime: Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar en klaar
