De productmogelijkheden zijn breed en worden vooral toegepast binnen de logistieke sector en technische maakindustrie. Het bedrijf beschikt over een modern en hightech machinepark en alle productie vindt plaats in Didam. Je werkt in een betrokken team waar samenwerking en een nuchtere werksfeer centraal staan. Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de producten. Je voert controles uit, verhelpt storingen en zorgt ervoor dat spuitgietmachines en randapparatuur optimaal blijven draaien. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en rapporteert aan de teamleider. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Controleren van machines, randapparatuur en robots en het verhelpen van storingen; - Steekproefsgewijs controleren van producten op specificaties en waarborgen van de kwaliteit; - Ingrijpen bij verstoringen in het proces en aandragen van verbeteringen; - Zorgdragen voor de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van matrijs- en materiaalwissels; - Overdragen van werkzaamheden en afstemmen met collega's tijdens ploegwisselingen; - Instrueren en begeleiden van productiemedewerkers en controleren van hun werkzaamheden. Werktijden: Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met diensten van 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 en 22:00-06:00. Voor het werken in ploegendienst ontvang je een ploegentoeslag (verwerkt in het salaris). Functie-eisen Verplicht: - mbo-opleiding in technische richting; - Kennis van elektrische besturing, hydrauliek en pneumatiek; - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
