Ben jij de operator die wij zoeken? Bij Berkvens maken we dagelijks duizenden binnendeuren voor nieuwbouwwoningen in heel Nederland. Jij komt te werken in onze moderne deurenfabriek, een technische productieomgeving vol slimme machines, automatisering en robotica. Als Senior Operator bij Berkvens ben jij de spil op de werkvloer. Je werkt met geavanceerde machines, begeleidt collega-operators en houdt het overzicht in de productie. Soms spring je bij als (plaatsvervangend) teamleider of neem je een andere extra rol op je. Je denkt mee over hoe processen nóg beter kunnen en vertaalt jouw technische kennis naar concrete verbeteringen. Jij zorgt dat alles loopt, van het begin tot het eind van de lijn. Jouw taken op een rij: - Bedienen, instellen, controleren en onderhouden van complexe machines; - Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen; - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega-operators; - Kwaliteitscontrole met behulp van diverse meetmiddelen; - Meedenken over structurele procesverbetering; - Toezicht houden op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen dat PBM's correct worden gebruikt; Wat breng je mee? Je hebt technisch inzicht, houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt energie van samenwerken. Oplossingsgerichte storingsanalyse is jou op het lijf geschreven. Je ziet snel wat er beter kan, denkt in oplossingen en vindt het leuk om collega's daarin mee te nemen. Wij zoeken iemand die: - MBO werk- en denkniveau heeft (richting techniek is mooi meegenomen); - 3-5 jaar ervaring heeft als operator; - Een scherp oog voor detail en veiligheid heeft; - Leiderschapskwaliteiten heeft en het leuk vindt om collega...
