Voor onze klant regio Tielt, zijn we op zoek naar een operator met doorgroeimogelijkheden!

Dit is jouw hoofdtaak als operator:

  • Je start als operator waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het besturen van de verpakkingsmachine en het (bij)regelen van de coating.
  • Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat rollen wandbekleding correct verpakt en geëtiketteerd worden.
  • Jij leert hoe je de lijnverantwoordelijke assisteren bij kleur- en kwaliteitstesten en word polyvalent ingezet.
  • Na het beheersen van de werkzaamheden, sta je als lijnverantwoordelijke autonoom in voor de werking van de productielijn (parameters opvolgen en instellen).
  • Je stuurt jouw 2 collega-operatoren aan en zorgt voor de goede afregeling van de machines.
  • Je voert een analyse van de planning uit, uitvoeren vankwaliteitscontroles uit en je overlegt regelmatig met de ploegchef.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt.

Profiel

Wie is onze ideale operator:

  • Met succes behaalde je jouw A2-diploma;
  • Reeds ervaring in een technische operator functie en je hebt technische kennis/affiniteit;
  • Heel goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met kleuren en bent zeker niet kleurenblind;
  • Sterk communicatieve en collegiale teamspeler!
  • Je bent een teamplayer en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, oog voor detail
  • Enthousiast, dynamisch, leergierig en een can-do instelling;
  • Kennis 5S is een pluspunt!
  • Je wil werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel of in een vaste nachtploeg (na opleiding in 2-ploegen).
