Op onze productielocatie in Roermond bieden we een opleidingstraject aan waarin je in 2 tot 3 jaar jouw Operator A of B diploma behaalt. Dit is een erkende mbo-opleiding op niveau 2 of 3, met de keuze tussen een 'proces technische' of een 'mechanische' specialisatie. Waarom ROCKWOOL? - Hands-on Opleiding: Onze eigen bedrijfsschool zorgt ervoor dat je zowel theoretische kennis als praktische ervaring opdoet. Theorie wordt direct gekoppeld aan de dagelijkse praktijk van ons productieproces. - Persoonlijke Begeleiding: Tijdens je opleiding word je gekoppeld aan een ervaren operator die je gedurende je leertraject ondersteunt. Je begint met meekijken en ondersteunen, en krijgt al snel meer verantwoordelijkheden. - Flexibele Ploegendienst: Je komt te werken in een 3-, 4- of 5-ploegendienst, wat betekent dat je ook nachtdiensten draait. Dit biedt niet alleen variatie, maar ook interessante uitdagingen! Je belangrijkste taken gaan zijn: - Het veilig bedienen van diverse productiemachines; - Administratieve werkzaamheden; - Materialen en voorraden aanvullen; - Zorgen dat de machines veilig blijven draaien; - Het uitvoeren en verwerken van kwaliteitscontroles; - Onderhouden/schoon maken van machines tijdens stops; - Handhaven van orde, netheid en milieuvoorschriften; - Inbrengen van ideeën om ons productieproces slimmer/ efficiënter te maken (continue verbeteren).
