Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag in een moderne productieomgeving? Voor een stabiel en sterk groeiend bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een operator houtbewerkingsmachine die graag meewerkt aan een grote productielijn.

Functieomschrijving Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, afstellen en bedienen van een grote houtbewerkingsmachine binnen de productie. Samen met een team van ongeveer 5 collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn vlot en correct blijft draaien.

Binnen het proces worden HPL-platen verlijmd op houten platen. Op deze platen wordt een waterdichte coating aangebracht. De afgewerkte platen worden gebruikt voor toepassingen zoals keukens, winkels, tafels en andere interieurtoepassingen.

Je werkt met verschillende soorten platen zoals HPL-platen en roxerplaten, die telkens kunnen verschillen in lengte, dikte en breedte. Daarom moet de machine regelmatig correct ingesteld en bijgesteld worden.

Jouw taken

  • Instellen en afstellen van de houtbewerkingsmachine
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van een grote productielijn
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de platen
  • Samenwerken met een team van ongeveer 5 operatoren
  • Ombouwen en aanpassen van de machine bij verschillende formaten platen
  • Je spreekt Nederlands
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of ervaring als operator
  • Ervaring met houtbewerking of productiemachines is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband
