Als Operator speel je een sleutelrol in het productieproces binnen een 5-ploegensysteem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en onderhouden van procesapparatuur en zorgt samen met je collega's voor het leveren van hoogwaardige gevelplaten van de hoogste kwaliteit. Bovendien krijg je volop ruimte om jouw ideeën en initiatieven in te brengen, met de focus op kwaliteitsverbetering en procesoptimalisatie. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Het bedienen en onderhouden van de procesapparatuur - Het continu bewaken van de productkwaliteit door middel van kwaliteitscontroles en -metingen - Het interpreteren van resultaten en het bijsturen van het proces waar nodig - Het analyseren van processen en oplossen van verstoringen met oog voor zowel techniek als veiligheid - Het verpakken en verplaatsen van eindproducten, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid centraal staan Je creëert dagelijks impact door samen te werken met enthousiaste en betrokken collega's en bij te dragen aan voortdurende verbeteringen binnen een inspirerende werkomgeving. Functie-eisen We zijn op zoek naar een Operator met een sterke technische basis, een scherpe blik op kwaliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit. Jij bent iemand die met doorzettingsvermogen en zorgvuldigheid het verschil wil maken in ons productieproces. Wat we van jou verwachten: - MBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur minimaal niveau 3) en bij voorkeur een VAPRO B diploma, of bereidheid om deze te behalen - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in procestechnologie - Een positieve en leergierige instelling, met de motivatie om niet alleen jezel...
