Als Operator speel je een cruciale rol in het produceren van hoogwaardige coatings en harsen. Je werkt in een state-of-the-art productieomgeving en wordt onderdeel van een hecht team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig monitoren van het productieproces, het bedienen van verschillende machines en het ingrijpen wanneer nodig om de continuïteit te waarborgen. Dit alles binnen een vast 5-ploegensysteem. Belangrijkste taken: - Bewaken en aanpassen van productie-installaties volgens procesvoorschriften en aanvullende instructies; - In- en uitschakelen van (delen van) machines en oplossen van (eenvoudige) storingen; - Documenteren van gegevens over productie, processen en machines; - Tijdige monstername; - Overleg met (technische) leidinggevende en/of laboratorium bij grotere afwijkingen; - Uitvoeren van taken als veldoperator, zoals het bedienen en aanpassen van productieapparatuur; - Rapporteren van onveilige situaties en schoonhouden van de eigen werkplek. Wat wij jou bieden Deze functie wordt uitgevoerd in een 5‑ploegenrooster van 34 uur per week. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.328 - €3.726 inclusief ploegentoeslag; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 13e maand; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; - Uitzicht op een vast contract; - Informele, prettige werksfeer en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao; - Een vaste contactpersoon vanuit Actief Werkt!.
