Dit bedrijf staat voor kwaliteit, samenwerken en ruimte om te groeien. De cultuur is vriendelijk, open en resultaatgericht. In deze functie werk je in een klein en gezellig team, krijg je veel afwisseling in je taken én volop ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. Je ontvangt een goed salaris en werkt bij een open en resultaatgericht bedrijf waar plezier en samenwerken centraal staan. Over de functie Als operator ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces op de vinylafdeling. Je wisselt verschillende werkzaamheden af: de vinylmachine bedienen, producten snijden, inpakken en de kwaliteit controleren. Ook leer je de werkzaamheden binnen de mengerij. Je werkt in een hecht team waar iedereen elkaar helpt. De sfeer is open en direct, maar altijd vriendelijk. Soms is het werk fysiek en kun je vies worden, maar je krijgt er veel waardering en afwisseling voor terug. Je krijgt een uitgebreide inwerkperiode waarin je alles leert wat nodig is om als operator zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.
