Dan komen wij graag met jou in contact! Wat breng jij mee? Minimaal een mbo-diploma. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00). Eigen vervoer, zoals een fiets, scooter of auto. Wat bieden wij je? Daar hoort natuurlijk ook een aantrekkelijk arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket bij: Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.227 tot €3.346, inclusief 12% ploegentoeslag. Een 13e maand van 8,33%, die als extra toeslag boven op je uurloon wordt uitbetaald. €0,23 per kilometer, maximum van 35 kilometer enkele reis. 25 vakantie dagen en 11,5 Adv-dagen. Bij goed functioneren de mogelijkheid om overgenomen te worden en een vast contract te ontvangen

Functieomschrijving Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende functie als operator, waarin je volop de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen? Bij Vibrantz Technologies start je met een uitgebreid inwerktraject onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Stap voor stap leer je de verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces kennen en ontwikkel je je tot een veelzijdige allround operator. Door de afwisseling in werkzaamheden en werkplekken blijf je jezelf uitdagen en verder groeien binnen de organisatie. Controleren van de kwaliteit van binnenkomende grondstoffen. Nauwkeurig afwegen en toevoegen van grondstoffen aan productiebatches. Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden met de heftruck en reachtruck. Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig. Doseren en afwegen van correctievloeistoffen volgens de juiste specificaties Afvullen van kleurpasta's met behulp van moderne, geautomatiseerde installaties. Oplossen van kleine storingen om het productieproces optimaal te laten verlopen.
