Ben jij een operator die graag werkt met moderne installaties en wil bijdragen aan een nieuwe, innovatieve productieomgeving? Voor een vooruitstrevende organisatie in Sittard zoeken we een Pearls Operators. Je komt te werken in een splinternieuwe (nu nog in aanbouw) Pearls Plant waar technologie, procesbeheersing en kwaliteit centraal staan. In deze rol werk je in een dynamische omgeving waarin techniek en productie samenkomen en geen dag hetzelfde is. Wie zoeken we? Je bent een nauwkeurige en betrokken operator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het proces en graag in een technische productieomgeving werkt. Je blijft rustig onder druk, werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast ben je leergierig en sta je open voor het volgen van trainingen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. Wat breng je mee? VAPRO A of B diploma. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Bereidheid om fysiek werk uit te voeren en te werken in een vriesomgeving (-30°C). Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst. Wat bieden wij je? Salaris tussen de € 3400 en €3600 bruto per maand. 12% ploegentoeslag. 2-ploegendienst met weekenden vrij. 8,33% vakantiegeld. 42 vakantiedagen. 13e maand . Reiskostenvergoeding. Binnen de nieuwe Pearls Plant in Sittard staat technologische vooruitgang centraal en wordt gewerkt aan producten met een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard. Wil jij bijdragen aan een toekomstgerichte productieomgeving waar techniek en ontwikkeling samenkomen? Dan is dit een mooie kans. Functieomschrijving Als Pearls Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en stabiel laten verlopen van het volledige

productieproces. Je bewaakt de voortgang, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt dat de installatie optimaal blijft draaien. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens vaste procedures en vindt het belangrijk om gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk te werken binnen een omgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd voorop staan. Daarnaast schakel je regelmatig met collega’s uit onder andere R&D, maintenance en engineering om het proces continu te verbeteren en afwijkingen snel op te lossen. Waar je werkzaamheden uit bestaan: Gereedmaken van installaties volgens opstartprocedures en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Opstarten en bedienen van het productieproces. Aansluiten en in bedrijf stellen van de dripcast-installatie. Monitoren en registreren van procesparameters. Afvullen van eindproducten. Verplaatsen van bevroren halffabricaten naar opslag Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles. Reinigen van installaties en uitvoeren van operationele werkzaamheden. Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan betrokken afdelingen.
