Als Allround Operator Productie werk je op verschillende afdelingen: van de controle van verse grondstoffen tot de verwerking, bereiding en invriezing van eindproducten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, stuurt processen bij waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen ons bedrijf. Daarnaast neem je als Vervangend Teamleider verantwoordelijkheid wanneer de Teamleider afwezig is. Je bewaakt de planning, stuurt collega's aan, organiseert de bezetting en zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin techniek, procesbeheersing en leiderschap samenkomen. Dit ga je doen Van oogst tot invriezen in slechts enkele minuten. Met 3.200 medewerkers, 16 sites in 7 landen en een aanwezigheid in meer dan 100 landen bouwen we dagelijks aan kwaliteit, efficiëntie en innovatie in vriesverse groenten, kruiden en fruit. Welke uitdaging zie jij in het verbinden van teelt, productie en logistiek op wereldschaal? Jouw werk in het kort: - Sleutelen aan machines: inspecteren, bijstellen en kleine storingen oplossen - Producten controleren op kwaliteit (jij ziet wat anderen missen) - Productiegegevens verwerken in het systeem - Meedenken over hoe processen beter en slimmer kunnen Je werkt vervolgens in een 3 ploegen systeem 5-5-5: - Dagdienst: 06:00 - 14:00 - Avonddienst: 14:00 - 22:00 - Nachtdienst: 22:00 - 06:00 Veel kansen om te groeien en een belangrijk pion te zijn binnen deze organisatie.
