We zijn een groeiende, nuchtere familieonderneming met 450 collega's, waarin samenwerking, resultaatgerichtheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Jouw impact in deze functie voeg jij waarde toe door verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het bedienen, instellen en onderhouden van machines binnen de afdelingen Bereiden, Uitvullen of Verpakken. Je leert niet alleen het machineproces, maar krijgt ook inzicht in de totale product bereiding. Daarnaast draag je bij aan kwaliteitsbewustzijn, procesoptimalisatie en de begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: • Instellen en bedienen van machines tijdens productie volgens GMP-richtlijnen • Onderhoud en oplossen van kleine storingen • Input leveren aan het up-to-date houden van werkprocessen • Invullen en reviewen van batchdocumentatie • Signaleren van afwijkingen en indien nodig starten van deviaties • Deelnemen aan diverse (verbeter)projecten • Trainen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers • Onderling afstemmen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden De afdeling Deze functie valt bij ons onder de afdeling Operations....
