Binnen deze moderne fabriek staan kwaliteit, samenwerking en innovatie centraal. De producten worden toegepast in sectoren zoals de medische industrie, luchtvaart, defensie en automotive. Als Operator ben je betrokken bij het volledige productieproces. Van het voorbereiden van materialen tot het produceren en controleren van eindproducten. Heb je nog geen ervaring met composiet? Geen probleem – je wordt intern opgeleid en begeleid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Voorbereiden en verwerken van materialen Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines Produceren van onderdelen volgens specificaties Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties Signaleren van afwijkingen en melden van verbeterpunten Werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen Samenwerken met collega’s in de productie
