- Leeuwarden - 2650-3500 per maand - Geen - Productie / industrie - Geen - Productie - €150,00 aanbrengbonus Omschrijving Voor een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in Leeuwarden, gespecialiseerd in verpakkingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator die een belangrijke schakel wil zijn in het productieproces. Wat ga je doen? Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en controleren van de machines die verpakkingen produceren. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct, signaleert eventuele storingen en lost deze zelfstandig op of schakelt de technische dienst in. Daarnaast zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Je start als assistent operator en kunt doorgroeien naar de functie van operator. Je werkt in een klein team samen met je collega's. Werktijden Je werkt volgens een 2-ploegenrooster: Week 1: Maandag tot en met vrijdag van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur Week 2: Maandag tot en met donderdag van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur Mogelijk is er in de toekomst sprake van een 3-ploegenrooster. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige collega die: - Ervaring heeft als operator (pré) of technische affiniteit bezit. - Zelfstandig kan werken en oog heeft voor kwaliteit. - Beschikt over een goede werkhouding en flexibel inzetbaar is. - Niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - De Nederlandse taal beheerst in verband met veiligheids- en werkvoorschriften.
