Je nieuwe baan Als Operator in Ridderkerk werk je aan geautomatiseerde sorteersystemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties goed blijven draaien en dat goederenstromen volgens planning worden verwerkt. Je werkt van 06:00–14:00 en houdt overzicht tijdens het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van het systeem. Met een vaste werkstructuur, begeleiding van een buddy en ruimte om opleidingen te volgen ontwikkel je jezelf in het vak. Je bewaakt het proces, signaleert storingen en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een veilige en betrouwbare uitvoering van het sorteerproces. - Je bedient geautomatiseerde sorteersystemen - Je controleert de werking van installaties en processen - Je signaleert afwijkingen en lost operationele problemen op - Je werkt samen met collega's tijdens je dienst - Je volgt werkinstructies en veiligheidsafspraken Over het bedrijf De organisatie ontwikkelt en levert systemen voor het verwerken en sorteren van goederen. In Ridderkerk werk je in een omgeving waarin techniek, logistiek en een zorgvuldig proces samenkomen. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar helpen tijdens de dienst en waarin duidelijke communicatie belangrijk is. Een buddy begeleidt je bij de start, zodat je de werkwijze en installaties goed leert kennen. Ook krijg je mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen en je kennis verder uit te bouwen. De werktijd van 06:00–14:00 zorgt voor een duidelijke verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team. Wat we jou bieden Als Operator in Ridderkerk krijg je een vast dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.
