Wij zoeken een gedreven operator voor onze productieafdeling in Oudenaarde. In deze afwisselende rol zul je machines bedienen, instellen en collega's aansturen in een dynamisch team. Ideaal voor iemand met operatorervaring die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Als operator productie ben je het hart van onze dagelijkse werking. Je werkt in een team van twee collega's waarbij jullie taken roteren, zodat je voortdurend nieuwe uitdagingen aangaat. De operatorrol omvat het instellen en bedienen van onze productieapparatuur, een cruciaal onderdeel van ons productieproces. Daarnaast zorg je voor de aanvoer van grondstoffen met behulp van een interne heftruck, wat vraagt om precisie en veiligheid.

Je hebt ook een coördinerende verantwoordelijkheid: je stuurt enkele collega's aan die Nederlands of Engels spreken. Dit maakt van jou niet alleen een operator, maar ook een teamspeler met leidinggevende kwaliteiten. Je werkt in dagploeg van maandag tot vrijdag, met dagelijkse start om 7u30. Dit biedt stabiliteit en voorspelbaarheid in je werkschema. De functie vraagt iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook goed samenwerkt in een klein team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie in je dagelijkse taken.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving
  • Bekwaamheid met heftruckbediening (attest is een voordeel)
  • Beschikbaarheid voor dagploegwerk, maandag tot vrijdag
  • Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands, Frans of Engels
  • Basisvaardigheden met computergebruik
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken
  • Bereidheid om collega's aan te sturen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
