The posting

Als Operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Samen met je collega's produceer je verpakkingen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines correct zijn ingesteld, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het product en grijpt in wanneer er storingen of afwijkingen ontstaan. Je start je dienst met het controleren van de productielijn en de machine-instellingen. Tijdens de productie houd je het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Ontstaat er een technische storing of voldoet een product niet aan de kwaliteitseisen? Dan onderzoek je de oorzaak en los je het probleem op waar mogelijk. Ook voer je klein onderhoud uit om stilstand van machines te voorkomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines • Bewaken van het productieproces • Signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen • Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles • Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en nette werkplekJe werkt in een hecht team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en kennis delen. De sfeer is informeel, collegiaal en gericht op samenwerking.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken wij een Operator, machinebediener of productiemedewerker met ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe belangrijk kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn binnen een productieproces. Belangrijk voor deze functie:

• Ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines • Ervaring met het herkennen en oplossen van storingen • Je kunt fysiek werk uitvoeren • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor veiligheids- en werkinstructies
