Wat ga je doen?

Een volledige dagomschrijving is bijna niet op papier te zetten, want geen enkele dag is hetzelfde!

Jouw belangrijkste hoofdtaken zijn:

  • Heftruckwerk & Logistiek: Je verplaatst dozen en balen tabak vanuit de voorraad vlot en veilig naar de productieruimte.
  • Machinebeheer: Je stelt de parameters van de machines correct in en volgt deze nauwgezet op. Je herkent kleine storingen snel en meldt deze aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Hygiëne & Onderhoud: Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark er aan het einde van de productie weer spik en span bij ligt.
  • Leren op de werkvloer: Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling, die jou stap voor stap alle kneepjes van het vak zal aanleren.

Voor deze dynamische functie zijn we op zoek naar een echte aanpakker die nauwkeurig en proactief te werk gaat.

  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en ziet zelfwerkend waar er hulp nodig is op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en voelt je thuis in een hecht team van 5 collega's.
  • Je hebt ervaring als heftruckbestuurder (een attest is een groot pluspunt).
  • Je bent leergierig, hebt oog voor detail en werkt graag nauwkeurig met machines.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en hebt geen schrik van fysiek werk en opkuis.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands
