Programma’s opmaken en de correcte programma’s selecteren.

Machine instellen en ombouwen op de juiste maat, afhankelijk van het te plooien materiaal/halffabricaat.

Plooibewerkingen uitvoeren en indien nodig meermaals herhalen tot het gewenste eindresultaat.

Regelmatig metingen uitvoeren volgens het kwaliteitsplan.

Halffabricaten correct en gericht stapelen.

Afgewerkte halffabricaten verplaatsen naar de volgende bewerking.

Dagelijks onderhoud van de werkpost volgens 5S.

Producten opboeken en afboeken.

Interne afkeuren melden.

Veiligheidsgevaren identificeren en incidenten melden.

Nieuwe collega’s ondersteunen en wegwijs maken.

Occasioneel maten uittekenen op materiaal.
