Voor onze klant, een professionele productieorganisatie, zoeken we een nauwkeurige Operator Afkantpers. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat plaatmateriaal correct wordt geplooid volgens technische tekeningen. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en een vlotte samenwerking staan hierbij centraal.

Jouw taken

  • Instellen en bedienen van de afkantpers
  • Het juiste programma selecteren en indien nodig aanpassen
  • Plaatmateriaal correct positioneren en plooien
  • Maten en kwaliteit regelmatig controleren
  • Halffabricaten zorgvuldig stapelen en verplaatsen
  • Productiegegevens correct registreren
  • Interne afwijkingen of veiligheidsrisico's melden
  • De werkpost dagelijks netjes en georganiseerd houden
  • Nieuwe collega's ondersteunen en wegwijs maken
  • Indien er te weinig werk is aan de afkantpers wordt er verwacht dat je inspringt bij andere machines of bij het puntlassen
  • Ervaring met een afkantpers is een plus
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in productie
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Fysiek in staat om staand en met plaatmateriaal te werken
  • Veiligheidsbewust en verantwoordelijk
  • Zelfstandig én een echte teamspeler
  • Bereid om met meetmiddelen en interne systemen te werken
