Ben jij een operator die niet alleen machines bedient, maar ook waakt over de hoogste kwaliteit? Voor onze klant in de voedingssupplementen zoeken we een nauwkeurige aanpakker die afvullijnen voor potten en zakjes feilloos laat draaien. Een job waarin techniek, hygiëne en fysieke uitdaging samenkomen.

Jouw Functie: Meester van de Afvullijn

Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces, van de eerste opstart tot een glanzend eindproduct.

Lijnbeheer: Je stelt de automatische afvullijnen in, start ze op en bedient ze met precisie. Bij productwissels bouw je de lijnen efficiënt om.

Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je controleert continu of het gewicht, de sealing en de codering perfect zijn. Je zorgt dat de juiste etiketten op de juiste potten belanden.

Techniek & Registratie: Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op. Daarnaast scan je producten en registreer je alle gegevens nauwkeurig in ons ERP-systeem.

Hygiëne op topniveau: Je reinigt de machines en je werkomgeving volgens de strengste voorschriften. Je begrijpt dat een schone werkplek de basis is van een veilig supplement. Wij zoeken een operator die kritisch kijkt naar elke handeling en pas tevreden is als alles 100% klopt.

Ervaring is key: Je hebt een achtergrond in productie en voeding. Specifieke studievereisten zijn er niet, jouw ervaring en ingesteldheid tellen!

Nauwkeurig & Logisch: Je kunt goed rekenen, volgt recepten nauwgezet op en hebt een natuurlijk logisch inzicht.

Fysiek sterk: Je bent in topvorm. Het frequent tillen van lasten tot 25 kg is voor jou geen probleem.

Kennis van zaken: Je bent bekend met GMP-regels, HACCP en allergenenbeheer. Ervaring met scanningsystemen en een stapelaar is een groot pluspunt.

Mentaliteit: Je bent perfectionistisch, gedisciplineerd en denkt altijd drie stappen vooruit.
