The posting

Als Operator afvulproces 2-ploegen in Sittard ben jij de spil rondom de afvullijnen en productiemachines. Je start je shift in de 2-ploegendienst met het klaarmaken van de afvullijn en het klaarzetten van potten, emmers en dozen. Je stelt de machines correct in, bewaakt het lopende afvulproces en voert nauwgezette kwaliteitscontroles uit. Mocht er een kleine technische storing optreden, dan los je deze zelfstandig op. Aan het einde van het proces reinig je de mengvaten en apparatuur grondig voor de volgende batch.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Vakkundig instellen, opstarten en bedienen van de diverse afvullijnen en productiemachines; - Tijdig klaarzetten en aanvoeren van de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen zoals potten, emmers en dozen; - Continu bewaken van de voortgang van het afvulproces en de kwaliteit van het eindproduct; - Zelfstandig signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van kleine eerstelijns storingen aan de lijn; - Zorgvuldig reinigen en onderhouden van mengvaten, leidingen en productiemachines; - Zorgdragen voor een strakke naleving van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften; - Waarborgen van een nette, georganiseerde en veilige werkplek gedurende en na je dienst; - Prettig en helder samenwerken met je collega's om de dagelijkse afvuldoelen te behalen.
