Wij zoeken een operator assemblage voor in 2-ploegen regio Ardooie voor een bedrijf dat spatborden maakt.

Heb je technisch inzicht en interesse in een gevarieerde job als afwerker? Een afwerker is iemand die houdt van fijn werk en van de afwerking van producten. Je leert graag met verschillende nieuwe machines werken.

Als productiemedewerker / operator ben je breed inzetbaar en leer je het volledige productieproces kennen — van machines tot manuele bewerkingen, op onze de productielijnen. Elke twee uur wissel je van werkpost, wat het werk gevarieerd houdt en vraagt dat je snel schakelt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt het tempo erin en houdt je ogen open voor kwaliteit.

Jouw taken:

Als productiemedewerker (± 70% van je tijd):

  • Rollen en ponsen van spatborden
  • Monteren van stukken op fixtures voor laserbewerking
  • Ponsen van gaatjes en rivetteren van haakjes
  • Lijmen van connectoren en aanbrengen van accessoires (lichtjes, kabelgootjes, ...)
  • Visuele kwaliteitscontrole en maatcontrole (rolmeter, schuifmaat)
  • Verpakken van afgewerkte stukken Als junior insteller (± 30% van je tijd, groeiend naarmate je meer machines beheerst):
  • Ombouwen en instellen van de Apollo-werkposten: rollen, kappen, laser en rivetteren
  • Bijstellen en troubleshooting bij afwijkingen of storingen
  • Ombouwen van matrijzen
  • Polieren van rollen
  • Rijden met de heftruck

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je werkt vlot op verschillende werkposten en past je snel aan
  • Je signaleert kwaliteitsproblemen en handelt ernaar
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook als deel van een team
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels
  • Je kunt een volledige dag staand werken
  • Je staat open voor feedback en groeit erdoor
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je reeds over ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Werken in een tweeploegenstelsel vormt voor jou geen obstakel.
