The posting

Voor een zeer grote logistieke onderneming in Kallo zoekt het team van Konvert HR een operator voor de afzakking. In deze functie sta je in voor de koppeling tussen de vrachtwagens die komen laden/lossen en de silo's.

Als een vrachtwagen zijn producten komt lossen (van vrachtwagen naar silo met "grote stofzuiger), is het belangrijk dat dit zeer nauwkeurig gebeurt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijnen en afzakinstallaties.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte aanvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Je vult voedingsproducten af in zakken, big bags of andere verpakkingen volgens de voorgeschreven specificaties.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit, het gewicht en de verpakking van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen, storingen of kwaliteitsproblemen en meldt deze aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je voert basiscontroles uit op de installaties en houdt je werkpost ordelijk en net.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit aan de machines.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en volgt de voorgeschreven procedures nauwkeurig op.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je bent in het bezit van eigen vervoer om de plaats van tewerkstelling te bereiken.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd.
  • Je hebt geen fysieke klachten.
  • Je kan goed werken met de regel van 3 (als je deze niet kent, leggen we ze aan je uit).
  • Je kan goed en snel hoofdrekenen.
