Voor AkzoNobel in Ammerzoden is uitzendbureau Manpower per direct op zoek naar meerdere operators.

Als operator speel jij een cruciale rol binnen het productieproces. Je houdt het proces draaiende, grijpt direct in bij storingen en zorgt dat alles soepel en veilig verloopt. Samen met je collega’s werk je continu aan verbeteringen om de productielijn nóg efficiënter te maken. Daarnaast houd je je werkplek netjes en georganiseerd, zodat je altijd in controle blijft.

Jouw taken op een rij:

- Snel en zelfstandig oplossen van processtoringen

- Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan machines

- Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en overzichtelijke werkomgeving

- Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en verbeterkansen signaleren

- Actief samenwerken met collega’s binnen het team

Hier komt bovendien de verantwoordelijkheid voor het vullen van de machines en het mengen van producten bij. Jij gaat je zeker niet vervelen!

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris vanaf € 17,09 per uur (oplopend afhankelijk van ervaring)

- Reiskostenvergoeding tot € 16,98 per dag (vanaf 9 km)

- Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week

- Uitzendcontract via Manpower (kans op overname)

- Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via Manpower Academy (meer dan 2000 online trainingen)

- Pensioenopbouw via Manpower

- Dertiende maand

- Minimaal mbo 2 werk- en denkniveau

- Ervaring op technisch gebied

- Voldoende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in verband met het begrijpen van de werkinstructies

- Ten minste één jaar werkervaring als productiemedewerker of in een vergelijk
