Functieomschrijving: Als operator in de 2-ploegendienst zorg jij dat alles soepel verloopt. Jij regelt dat de juiste materialen op tijd klaarstaan. Je hebt een belangrijke rol bij het aansturen van je collega's op de werkvloer.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van de machines. Ook controleer je of de productielijn goed draait. Bij kleine technische storingen grijp jij direct in. Je zorgt dat iedereen zich houdt aan de regels voor veiligheid en hygiëne. Zo maken we samen elke dag de beste kwaliteit.
