Functieomschrijving: Als operator in de 2 ploegendienst draag jij bij aan het maken van verf en coating. Jij zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het werk in de fabriek. Je stelt de mengmachines en afvulinstallaties in voor het dagelijkse proces. Merk je een kleine storing op? Dan los jij dit direct zelfstandig op. Je werkt altijd volgens de regels voor veiligheid en hygiëne. Ook houd je de machines in topconditie door ze regelmatig schoon te maken. Daarnaast ruim je de werkvloer op zodat alles netjes blijft. Zo garandeer je samen met je team een hoogwaardig eindproduct voor de klant.
