AMI B.V. In Lomm ontwikkelt en produceert aluminium bouwbeslag, veiligheidsbeslag, deurpanelen en maatwerkoplossingen voor de bouw- en maakindustrie. Als Operator Anodiseerderij bedien en controleer je het anodiseerproces, waarbij aluminium onderdelen een beschermende en decoratieve laag krijgen. Deze functie biedt een afwisselende werkomgeving waarin techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Functie-inhoud - Beheren en controleren van de procesbaden. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen van het proces indien nodig. - Dagelijkse werkzaamheden afstemmen met de afdelingschef en operationeel leidinggeven aan het team. - Zorgdragen voor een veilig, efficiënt en soepel productieproces binnen de afdeling. - Coördineren van onderhoud aan de installaties en bijdragen aan een goede productieplanning en personeelsbezetting. - Actief kansen voor verbetering zien en bijdragen aan de verhoging van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau en technische affiniteit. - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde Vapro A- of B-opleiding. - Concrete ervaring in procesbeheersing binnen de procestechniek. - Nauwkeurig werken met oog voor detail en veiligheid. - Goed kunnen werken in teamverband, maar ook zelfstandig.

Wij bieden - Salaris tussen de €3.250,00 en €3.500,00 bruto op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Uitdagende functie in de dagdienst (7:30 - 16:15 uur). - Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband via ProfCore. - Minstens 25 verlofdagen op fulltime basis, met aanvullend adv-dagen. - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden, zoals Vapro A, B of C-opleiding. - Pensioenregeling bij STiPP en collectiviteitskorting bij CZ of VGZ. - Betrokken personeelsvereniging die regelmatig activiteiten organiseert.
