Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben jij de onmisbare kracht in de fabriek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het proces van afval naar grondstof soepel verloopt. Je bedient de installaties en houdt het verloop nauwkeurig in de gaten. Veiligheid is hierbij jouw belangrijkste focus. Zie je een kleine fout? Dan grijp je direct in om de kwaliteit hoog te houden. Ook los je zelfstandig eenvoudige technische problemen op. Je voert daarnaast onderhoud uit aan de apparatuur om stilstand te voorkomen. Je neemt monsters voor de controle en schrijft alle resultaten netjes op. Tot slot houd je de werkvloer schoon en opgeruimd. Zo creëer jij een veilige plek voor jezelf en je directe collega's.
