Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Regio Schiedam. Dit toonaangevende bedrijf in de Farmaceutische Industrie in Schiedam produceert geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen die over de hele wereld worden gedistribueerd.

Als Operator B 3-ploegen in Schiedam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van het productieproces en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in een veilige en schone omgeving. Door de uitbreiding van hun productielijnen is het bedrijf op zoek naar gemotiveerde operators.

Functie-inhoud: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, afstellen en bedienen van machines volgens productieplanning - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten door regelmatige visuele controles en metingen - Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en verhelpt technische storingen om de productie te waarborgen - Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en volledige overdracht van informatie bij ploegwisselingen - Samen met je collega’s werk je aan een veilige, efficiënte en schone werkomgeving.

Functie-eisen: - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door ervaring als Operator in een productieomgeving - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en beschikt over een rijbewijs B - Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en kunt goed omgaan met technische uitdagingen - Je bent een teamspeler, kunt zelfstandig werken en bent flexibel in een ploegendienst - Je toont initiatief en bent gericht op het continu verbeteren van processen.

Wij bieden: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.272,- en € 4.760,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en een reiskostenvergoeding - Pensioenregeling en toegang tot een aanvu
