Jij draagt dagelijks bij aan het optimaliseren van recyclingprocessen en het verbeteren van productkwaliteit. 1 Dit ga je doen Als Operator bij ons recyclingbedrijf speel je een cruciale rol in de circulaire economie. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team om de installaties optimaal te laten functioneren. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van eindproducten, voert onderhoud uit en signaleert verbeteringen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van ervaren operators bij afwezigheid en zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel blijven verlopen. Een typische werkdag begint met een teamoverleg waarin je de planning doorspreekt. Gedurende de dag hou je de installaties nauwlettend in de gaten, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en los je eventuele storingen op. Je rondt de dag af door samen met collega's te evalueren en verbeterpunten te bespreken. Wil jij deel uitmaken van een team dat zich inzet voor een groenere toekomst? Jouw technische kennis en initiatief maken het verschil. - Je krijgt een goed salaris volgens de CAO voor het beroepsgoederenvervoer, tussen de €3.318 en €4.037 per maand. Dat is inclusief ploegentoeslag. - We regelen een pensioen voor je en je krijgt een vergoeding voor je reiskosten van €0,23 per kilometer. - Je hebt recht op 25 dagen vrij per jaar. - Bij ons kun je intern doorgroeien en opgeleid worden tot operator. - Met een persoonlijke tankpas krijg je flinke korting op brandstof en het wassen van je auto. 3 Dit ben je - Technische opleiding afgerond - In bezit van heftruck- en hoogwerkcertificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Initiatiefrijk en een echte teamspeler - Bereid om functiegerelateerde opleidingen te volgen 4...
