The posting

Als operator werk je met CNC-gestuurde lasersnijmachines voor metalen plaatmateriaal in Biddinghuizen. Je zorgt voor een soepel proces en producten van hoge kwaliteit. Je stelt machines in volgens planning, technische eisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je controleert resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig, zodat elke order tijdig en netjes wordt afgerond. Dit ga je doen: - Instellen en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde lasersnijmachines; - Invoeren en controleren van programma’s en parameters; - Instellen van materiaalgegevens, snijparameters en machine-instellingen; - Uitvoeren van proefsneden wanneer dat nodig is; - Controleren en corrigeren van instellingen binnen je bevoegdheden; - Bewaken van het productieproces en productkwaliteit; - Tijdig bijstellen voor het beste productieresultaat; - Efficiënt omgaan met machinecapaciteit en materiaal.

Het bedrijf in Biddinghuizen is een familiebedrijf dat maatwerk levert in metaalbewerking, klimaat- en composteringstechniek. Er zijn twee divisies en het werk loopt van kleine producten tot grote installaties. Je werkt 40 uur per week in een 2-ploegendienst. Wie zoeken wij:- Je kunt zelfstandig CNC-gestuurde lasersnijmachines voorbereiden, instellen en bedienen; - Je voert productieorders uit volgens planning, technische specificaties, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Je let scherp op de werking van de machine en bewaakt de productkwaliteit; - Je controleert programma’s, parameters, materiaalgegevens en instellingen en stelt waar nodig bij; - Je werkt nauwkeurig met proefsneden en gebruikt materiaal en machinecapaciteit efficiënt; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en houdt overzicht tijdens het productieproces;

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.800 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Een afwisselende fulltime baan met diversiteit in projec
