Je bewaakt het proces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat de machines blijven produceren volgens de gestelde normen. Je werkt met moderne apparatuur en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, kwaliteit en techniek. Storingen zie jij als een uitdaging en je denkt actief mee over manieren om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productiemachines; - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de productie; - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij complexere storingen; - Registreren van productiegegevens en procesinformatie; - Inwerken en ondersteunen van nieuwe collega's; - Meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van rendement, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt directe invloed op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
