Vacaturebeschrijving Ben jij een ervaren Operator en wil jij werken met moderne productielijnen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving? Werk je graag in een vijfploegendienst en haal jij voldoening uit het optimaal laten draaien van een productieproces? Dan is deze functie als Operator iets voor jou! Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren van de productielijnen. Je bewaakt het proces, stuurt collega's aan en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne altijd gewaarborgd blijven. Hieronder vind je jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productielijnen volgens productspecificaties; - Bewaken van het productieproces en ingrijpen bij (dreigende) storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten en processen; - Inwerken, begeleiden en motiveren van (nieuwe) medewerkers aan de productielijn; - Zorgdragen voor voldoende productiematerialen en het afvoeren van gereed product; - Signaleren van technische afwijkingen en deze communiceren met de Technische Dien...
