Wat ga je doen? Als operator bakker voer jij je werkzaamheden uit in een groot productiebedrijf binnen de foodindustrie. De werkzaamheden van een operator bakker bestaan uit: - Instellen en ombouwen van de deegmachine - Bedienen en afstellen van de bakkerijmachine - Afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen - Deeg aanvoelen en aanpassen zodat dit goed verwerkbaar is - Verhelpen van kleine storingen - Schoonhouden van de werkplek Dit bezit je: Als operator bakker heb jij bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de foodindustrie en beschik jij over enige technische kennis. Verdere vereiste die nodig zijn om als operator bakker te starten zijn: - Woonachtig in omgeving Maastricht - Ervaring met EPT en heftruck is een pré - Accuraat en zorgvuldig - Sociaal betrokken - Hands-on mentaliteit Wat ontvang je? Onze opdrachtgever betreft een familiebedrijf welke is gestart in 1906. Zij hebben zich in de loop der jaren ontwikkeld van een traditionele bakkerij tot een producent van een breed assortiment koekspecialiteiten. Zij leveren nu aan klanten over heel de wereld! Bij goed functioneren als operator bakker betreft dit een functie voor de lange termijn. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: - €16,58 bruto per uur, exclusief toeslagen oplopend tot 39% - Werktijden in eerste instantie in twee ploegen, na inwerktraject bereid om te werken in 3 ploegen - Pensioenopbouw - Vakantiedagen - Werkkleding Ben jij uit het juiste deeg gekneed?
