Operator Bakkerij ALPHEN AAN DEN RIJN € 2.800 - € 3.225 # 67290 Omschrijving Heb jij affiniteit met brood en productieprocessen? Voor een moderne industriële bakkerij zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Bakkerij. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden, bakken en verwerken van klein- en grootbrood. Je bewaakt het productieproces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat dagelijks verse producten van hoge kwaliteit worden geproduceerd. Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete productieproces, van grondstof tot eindproduct. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en dat de kwaliteit van het brood voldoet aan de gestelde normen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en bewaken van het productieproces; - Voorbereiden, bakken en nabewerken van klein- en grootbrood; - Uitvoeren van proces- en kwaliteitscontroles; - Controleren van het eindproduct op kwaliteit en specificaties; - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen het proces; - Schoonhouden van de werkplek en productieomgeving; - Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te realiseren. - Je werkt in een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en teamwork centraal staan. Wat wij jou bieden - Salaris tot €3.225,- bruto per 4 weken (bij 38 uur) - Extra toeslag voor avond, nacht en weekend - Werkweek van 32 tot 38 uur - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast - 25 vakantiedagen - 8% vakantiegeld - Pensioenregeling volgens de CAO - Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23 per km vanaf 10 km) - Informele werksfeer met fijne collega's - Veel afwisseling in je werk - Mogelijkheid om het vak te leren als je nog geen ervaring hebt Solliciteren Voornaam
