Ter versterking van ons productieteam zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Bakkerij (2-ploegen)

  • Als operator in onze bakkerij sta je in voor de volledige bediening van je machine en ben je hands-on!
  • Je bent een zeer belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces.
  • Je maakt onze koekjes en bewaakt tevens de kwaliteit van onze producten.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de recepturen en het bakproces.
  • Je start zelfstandig je lijn op en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, opvolgen en draaiende houden van je installatie (doseermachine, oven, menger, klopper,..)
  • Montage en demontage van je installatie bij productwissel of einde shift
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het besturen van 1 of meerdere machines
  • Controle van de parameters, kwaliteitscontrole aan de hand van staalafname
  • Netheid van de lijn bewaken
  • Je werkt volgens de hygiëne-, veiligheidsregels en productievereisten.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Technische feeling / technisch inzicht en vlotte omgang met geautomatiseerde machines
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands of Engels
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent stressbestendig
  • Je werkt in 2 ploegen, in de vroege ploeg start je soms vroeger (omstreekts 4u) MA - DO: 05u00 - 13u30 & 13u30 - 22u00 VRIJ: 05u00 - 11u30 & 11u30 - 18u00
  • Je hebt interesse in de voedingssector
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en leergierig. Je staat open voor opleiding/begeleiding van zaken die je nog niet onder de knie hebt
  • Werken in de voedingsnijverheid impliceert dat je steeds een bijzondere aandacht hebt voor orde, netheid, veiligheid en hygiëne
