Over het werk Als operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces binnen een moderne bakkerijomgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen van appelflappen tot kaasstengels soepel draaien en dat er continu wordt gewerkt aan een kwalitatief goed eindproduct. Je bedient zelfstandig de machines en productielijnen en bewaakt het proces van boterblokje tot roomhoorns. Je stelt installaties in, bouwt lijnen om en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in bij storingen of afwijkingen. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je hoe je overzicht houdt en het proces stabiel houdt. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op producten en instellingen, zoals gewicht en specificaties, en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-operators, productiemedewerkers en de technische dienst om stilstand te voorkomen en de productie optimaal te laten verlopen. Ook registreer je productiegegevens en werk je volgens de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP). Jij weet wat er nodig is om een lijn draaiend te houden en kunt goed schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Afhankelijk van de afdeling werk je in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst. Samen met je team zorg je voor een stabiel, efficiënt en hoogwaardig productieproces.
