Persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling 28.75% ploegentoeslag op alle uren Uitdagende functie met een collegiale werksfeer Geniet van 8,33% vakantiegeld en 25 verlofdagen wie ben jij Wil jij graag starten als Operator in deze bakkerij van heerlijke stroopwafels, dan: - Heb je ervaring als bakker of een opleiding gedaan in de richting van procestechniek of bakker; - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal in zowel woord als geschrift; - Sta je positief tegenover het werken in een 5-ploegensysteem. wat ga je doen Als Operator Bakkerij ben je ervoor verantwoordelijk dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en de stroopwafels voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Van het mengen van losse ingrediënten tot de warme stroopwafel, samen met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Nauwkeurige verwerking en bewerking van grondstoffen, deegmassa en vullingen volgens specifieke recepturen; - Je houdt constant toezicht op de aanvoer van grondstoffen, zorgt voor de juiste dosering en waarborgt de kwaliteit gedurende het gehele productieproces; - Het om- en instellen van machines, evenals het bedienen ervan om een vlotte productie te garanderen; - Je bent alert op mogelijke storingen en neemt direct actie om deze te signaleren en te verhelpen, waardoor de produc...
