Jij voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit de standaard is. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent praktisch ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden. Samen met je collega's werk je doelgericht naar het beste resultaat toe. Daarnaast schakel je makkelijk tussen verschillende situaties, denk je in oplossingen en neem je zelf initiatief wanneer je kansen ziet om processen of werkwijzen te verbeteren. Ervaring als operator (Bij voorkeur in de food / chemie) MBO-opleiding bij voorkeur in procestechniek of bakkersopleiding (geen harde eis) Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal Je woont in de omgeving van Oss Je beschikt over eigen vervoer Wat bieden wij je? Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de wereldberoemde Daelmans stroopwafels en koeken volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden geproduceerd. Je bewaakt het gehele productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig, zodat alles efficiënt en soepel blijft verlopen. Je komt terecht in een gezellig en informeel team. ideeën om processen te verbeteren? Dan moedigen we je aan om deze te delen. Jouw werkzaamheden Bereiden van deeg, vullingen en andere productingrediënten. Ombouwen, afstellen en bedienen van moderne productiemachines. Bewaken van een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Uitvoeren van controles om de kwaliteit van onze producten te waarborgen. Signaleren van afwijkingen en oplossen van kleine technische problemen. Bijdragen aan testproducties en optimalisatieprojecten. Reinigen van werkplekken en machines volgens de vastgestelde procedures. Toepassen van HACCP-richtlijnen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Over het bedrijf Daelmans is een internationaal familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en kwaliteit al generaties lang centraal staan. Vanuit moderne productielocaties worden dagelijks stroopwafels en andere koekspecialiteiten geproduceerd voor consumenten over de hele wereld.
