Functieomschrijving: Als operator bakkerij in Drachten stuur jij de moderne baklijnen aan. Jij zorgt dat alle recepten precies kloppen. Je vult grondstoffen aan zodat de machines blijven draaien. Storingen los je zelf op om stilstand te voorkomen.Daarnaast controleer je constant de kwaliteit van het deeg en het eindproduct. Je bouwt machines om voor verschillende soorten brood en gebak. Zo blijft je werk uitdagend en afwisselend. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst. Dit vraagt om een actieve houding. Jij bent de belangrijkste persoon voor een goed eindresultaat.
