The posting

Wil jij werken in een moderne bakkerij waar jouw werk iedere dag letterlijk op tafel komt? Als operator/bakker zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je werkt met moderne machines, bewaakt de kwaliteit en lost kleine storingen op. Ervaring als operator of bakker is een pré, maar geen must!

Wat ga je doen? Als operator/bakkerij ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn goed blijft draaien en dat het brood aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Je bereidt het deeg, bedient de machines en houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten.

Gaat er iets mis? Dan kom jij in actie. Kleine storingen los je zelf op en bij grotere storingen schakel je de technische dienst in. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien en het eindproduct van goede kwaliteit is.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Voorbereiden van deeg door grondstoffen te wegen, mengen en laten rijzen; - Bedienen en controleren van machines en productielijnen; - Bewaken van het productieproces en waar nodig bijsturen; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het brood op kleur, structuur en vorm; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en melden van grotere storingen; - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek; - Werken volgens de HACCP-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Samenwerken met collega's om de productie soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.900 en €3.600 op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Werken in een 3-ploegendienst van 07.00 tot 15.00 uur, 15.00 tot 23.00 uur of 23.00 tot 07.00 uur; - 8,33% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf dag één; - Een afwisselende functie waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt; - Gratis toegang tot de Adecco Academy met meer dan 350 online trainingen.
