Location Zeewolde Hours 32 to 40 hours per week Salaris € 4.000 - € 4.900 per maand Field of Study Engineering About the Position Je start direct in dienst bij de werkgever. De eerste weken word je in dagdiensten ingewerkt door een ervaren collega. Je leert het volledige proces kennen, krijgt uitleg over de installaties en draait mee totdat je het werk zelfstandig beheerst. Daarna stap je over naar een 5‑ploegensysteem. Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van ontvangst van grondstoffen tot het bijsturen van de productie. Je voert controles uit, neemt monsters, signaleert afwijkingen en lost kleine storingen zelf op. Bij grotere technische uitdagingen schakel je met de technische dienst. About the Company Je gaat werken bij een stabiel productiebedrijf waar dagelijks verschillende voedingsmiddelen en dranken worden geproduceerd. Op de locatie werken ongeveer 120 collega's. Binnen de productie werk je in een ploeg van ongeveer 15 tot 20 collega's. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne productielijnen en veel aandacht besteed aan kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid. Wat vooral opvalt? De sfeer. Collega's helpen elkaar en er is volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je hoeft dus niet binnen te komen als ervaren operator.
