Voor een bedrijf in regio Dendermonde zijn we op zoek naar technische operatoren die in twee ploegen kunnen werken.

Je komt er terecht in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar technologie, kwaliteit en expertise samenkomen.

Functieomschrijving

Als operator speel je hier een cruciale rol. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt.

  • Je start je shift goed voorbereid dankzij een duidelijke overdracht met de vorige ploeg. Zo weet je meteen welke werkzaamheden zijn afgerond en welke prioriteiten er op de planning staan.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw deel van het productieproces en werkt actief mee aan het behalen van de dagelijkse doelstellingen.
  • Je volgt procedures en werkinstructies nauwkeurig op, zodat kwaliteit en efficiëntie steeds gegarandeerd blijven.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit en draagt mee bij aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en zorgt mee voor een vlotte doorstroming van het productieproces.
