Als Operator Beslag ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt dagelijks voor het bereiden van het beslag en houdt het bakproces soepel draaiende. Met jouw technische inzicht, nauwkeurige werkwijze en oog voor kwaliteit zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn goed blijft lopen en het beslag aan de juiste eisen voldoet. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Afwegen en mengen van ingrediënten zoals bloem, water en gist volgens vaste recepturen - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van meng-, kneed- en verdeelmachines - Controleren van de structuur, temperatuur en consistentie van het beslag - Registreren en controleren van productiegegevens - Reinigen van machines en werkplekken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en oplossen van kleine storingen Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een 3-ploegendienst: - Ochtenddienst: 07:00 tot 15:00 uur - Middag-/avonddienst: 15:00 tot 23:00 uur - Nachtdienst: 23:00 tot 07:00 uur Ontdek jouw toekomstige werkplek Het bedrijf waar je werkt maakt de lekkerste koekjes voor bekende supermarkten door heel het land.
