Operator Betonproductie Walsoorden - uur per week Introductie Ben jij technisch onderlegd en neem je graag het voortouw? Bouw jij letterlijk en figuurlijk mee aan de fundering van Nederland als Operator? Pak jij zelfstandig de regie over een modern machinepark en zorg jij dat alleen topkwaliteit de fabriek verlaat? Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben jij de spil op de productievloer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces aan jouw machine: van het instellen en opstarten tot het oplossen van kleine storingen en het uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit houd je het productieproces soepel draaiend en lever je topkwaliteit betonproducten af. In jouw rol start jij zelfstandig de machines op en stel je deze secuur af, zodat het maximale rendement wordt behaald. Je voert dagelijks inspecties uit, signaleert tijdig slijtage of defecten, en grijpt direct in waar nodig. Kleine technische problemen los je zelf op. Je werkt met verschillende mallen en zorgt dat deze op tijd worden omgebouwd. Ook het smeren, ijken en vervangen van onderdelen vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Met de heftruck verplaats je materialen veilig en efficiënt. Veiligheid voor jezelf en je collega's staat altijd bovenaan. Een werkdag is afwisselend en vraagt om precisie. Je houdt logboeken en OEE-lijsten nauwkeurig bij. Met jouw data en inzichten help je het productieproces elke dag te verbeteren. Je stemt makkelijk af met de productieleider, monteurs en andere collega's.
