Sekisui Alveo ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige polyolefineschuimen voor diverse industriële marktsegmenten. In Roermond werken ze met moderne productietechnieken in een driestapsproces, bestaande uit extrusie, crosslinking en foamen. Binnen de productieafdeling staan kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid centraal.

Als Scrap Operator speel je een belangrijke rol in het hergebruik van grondstoffen binnen de productie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat afgekeurde sheet- en trimafval worden verwerkt tot opnieuw bruikbare grondstoffen. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je vermaalt sheet- en trimafval tot herbruikbare grondstof.
  • Je slaat gemalen grondstof correct op en zet deze tijdig klaar.
  • Je maakt molens schoon en controleert de staat van de machines.
  • Je signaleert onderhoudsbehoeften en afwijkingen.
  • Je voert logistieke werkzaamheden uit binnen de productieafdeling.
  • Je werkt volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels.
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid volgens de 5S-methodiek.
  • Je beschikt over concrete en aantoonbare werkervaring als Operator in een soortgelijke werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met productieprocessen (kennis van extrusie is een pré).
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om in een industriële omgeving te werken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig hef- en reachtruckcertificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen.
