Je bedient en stelt productielijnen in, zoals de laklijn, laslijn of perslijn. Je zorgt dat alles soepel draait en grijpt snel in bij storingen. Dit maakt jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Elke dag is anders. Je werkt met metaal, stelt machines bij en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je krijgt vieze handen, maar dat vind jij geen probleem. Jij lost storingen op, registreert productiegegevens en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Veilig werken vind jij vanzelfsprekend. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat. Ben jij een sleutelaar met technisch inzicht? Heb je ervaring als operator of wil je groeien in de techniek? Dan pas je perfect binnen dit team! Wij bieden - - Salaris tussen €17,69 en €22,05 per uur; - Fulltime dienstverband (36-40 uur per week); - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding en ploegentoeslag. Wij vragen - - Mbo niveau 3/4 in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld WTB, AOT of Autotechniek); - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een technische functie; - Technisch inzicht en plezier in sleutelen; - Bereid om in 5-ploegendienst te werken; - Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands; - Je hebt een positieve instelling en werkt graag samen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig.
