Als sorteerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controle en het beheer van de afgewerkte steenstrips aan de kalibratielijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft.

Wat ga je precies doen? - Bedienen en controleren van de kalibratielijn: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle installatiedelen goed functioneren en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit - Instellen en bijsturen van de installatie: Je stelt de machine in volgens voorschriften en je grijpt in wanneer nodig, op basis van ervaring en instructies - Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud: Je verwisselt slijtdelen en helpt techniekers bij herstellingen - Schoonmaak en onderhoud: Je voert het intern poetsplan uit, waarbij je de machine en de werkplek schoonhoudt - Kwaliteitscontrole: Je neemt stalen, voert controles uit en stuurt de installatie bij waar nodig om de productkwaliteit te garanderen - Registreren van productiegegevens: Je houdt nauwgezet de productieparameters bij en zorgt ervoor dat alle voorschriften inzake kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne nageleefd worden - Je neemt initiatief bij storingen, informeert de juiste mensen en coördineert alternatieve werkzaamheden

Tevens vertegenwoordigt je jouw team tijdens shiftovergangen en bij teamvergaderingen. - Vaardigheden: Je bent gedreven om de installaties volledig te doorgronden, zodat je deze op termijn zelfstandig kunt bedienen en verbeteringen kunt voorstellen Je hebt een hands-on-mentaliteit, en door je planmatige aanpak los je problemen efficiënt op Je kan zelfsturend handelen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, zonder aanwezigheid van een supervisor Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig, vooral bij kwaliteitscontrole en onderhoud Je communiceert vlot en werkt goed samen met je collega’s.
